About the Office

The Office of Assistant to the President for Campus Affairs provides and follow up all services concerning logistics through two departments:

  • General Services Department

The department is responsible for supervising the logistics services at the university that includes:

  • Cleaning Services
  • Security Services
  • Transport Services
  • Telephone Services
  • Follow-up on university’s buildings and facilities
  • Internal Mail
  • Maintenance Department

The department is responsible for maintaining the work of the electromechanical systems, the daily and periodic maintenance and follow up maintenance contracts at the university.
