An EU funded project (BioREEED) with the lab establishment to promote the production of biogas in Jordan, to produce energy from organic waste, and to propose a design for a hybrid biogas plant aligned to local communities in Jordan.
Objectives

Biogas Potential Testing Laboratory in German Jordanian University:
In order to analyze the biogas potential and produce internationally comparable results, analysis processes were defined for Jordan based on standardized processes and the experience of the German partner. A laboratory was established using standard and calibrated equipment to perform the required analyses for estimating the biogas potential of organic waste.
