Our moderator met Khalida Radaideh, Head of the Presidency Department, in her office on the GJU campus in Madaba. As the right hand of the President, Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-Halhouli, as well as in her other function as a German lecturer at the German Language Center, Khalida handles a varied field of work with a lot of responsibility. She tells us why the GJU is such a special university for her and what significance the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences has for the GJU. Over Arabic coffee, she gives Mady an insight into her life between ringing the alarm clock and switching off the lights. As the daughter of a Jordanian father and a German mother, Khalida knows both cultures well. She talks about her childhood, youth, and career path at the GJU.
