The partners of the VTC project decided the nomination of the VTC Regional Center:
- GJU-VTC was nominated to be the physical base for the regional center for the project
- Almotahida Education Group (AEG) was nominated to be the virtual base regional center of the project
The experience of establishment of the VTC centers can be extended further to other countries of the region, where there is a need for such viable projects.
These two nominated partners represent the VTC regional center. The duties of the VTC Regional Center are:
- Represent partners of the project
- Demonstrate and disseminate the VTC experience in local and international scales
- Train and qualify the graduates according to the market needs
- Develop the employees’ performance in institutions, preparing them to cope with changes, and developments in knowledge and technology, and interact with the achievements of the age of knowledge and technology professionally and competently
Future Work of VTC Regional Center may include:
- Plan of future annual activities
- Cooperation with Hawwaz VTC
- Development of vocational skills and competencies of graduates and employees
- Identifying professional skills lists according to market needs
- Analysis of required qualifications in the market
- Digital training of all types: Live (Online), Self-learning, Flipped and Blended.
