Student Activities
The Student Activities Department aims to achieve its ambition for excellence and leadership by providing a variety of extracurricular activities for its students, whether they are sports, cultural, artistic, or voluntary in nature. It also offers diverse initiatives that align with students' abilities, interests, and inclinations, keeping pace with new and varied experiences that enrich their university life, refine their personalities, enhance their sense of belonging, and help them discover and develop their different skills and talents, directing them towards positive engagement. The department conducts many activities that encourage students to participate, enabling them to be active and engaged community members, and to market themselves effectively in the job market in the future.
Sports Activities
- Organizing various internal sports championships to select members for university teams.
- Participating in external championships, either with the Jordanian Universities Sports Federation or with various institutions.
- Receiving students and registering their names according to the available sports.
- Providing opportunities for as many students, faculty, and administrative staff as possible to engage in various available sports activities.
- Securing specialized trainers to enhance the technical and physical levels of university teams and striving to provide sports facilities.
Artistic and Cultural Activities
- Offering programs and events related to visual and performing arts.
- Providing students with the necessary skills and supporting the artistic environment on campus.
- Showcasing students' creative talents in a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Focusing on interaction and constructive communication within the student artistic community.
- Enriching cultural experiences to develop various activities and events.
- Organizing and holding lectures, literary and poetry evenings, seminars, and workshops.
- Participating in cultural festivals.
- Hosting scientific competitions.
- Holding cultural seminars and open meetings.
- Organizing cultural and scientific trips and field visits.
- Selecting a team to assist internally and externally with coordination and training.
- Establishing student clubs, managing their administrative bodies, implementing their semester plans, and providing necessary materials and logistical support.

Student Bodies and Political Work
- Conducting training workshops for students related to parliamentary work mechanisms and political life in Jordan.
- Supervising student conferences and parliaments.
- Implementing awareness and educational campaigns for students and enhancing their participation in national parliamentary and political activities.
- Promoting and disseminating political awareness and effective parliamentary work mechanisms.
- Providing necessary materials and logistical support for student bodies and the student parliament.
- Collaborating with external bodies, civil society institutions, and relevant centers.
