The Student Parliament at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized a three-day training workshop aimed at equipping students interested in student governance with essential skills and knowledge. The workshop focused on enhancing students’ awareness of their active role in the university community while fostering leadership development.
The program covered key topics such as Jordan’s political history, student political engagement, the role and regulations of the Student Parliament, and essential leadership and management skills.
This training provided a comprehensive learning experience, combining theoretical insights with hands-on practice alongside current Student Parliament members. By the end of the program, participants gained valuable skills in communication, governance, and student representation, preparing them for active roles in leadership and advocacy within the university and beyond.
