In collaboration with the Consultation and Training Center (CTC), the Deanship of Student Affairs) DSA) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized three life skills training workshops.
The workshops, held over two days from December 22-23, 2024, focused on the themes of self-management and digital marketing.
The first workshop, conducted by trainer Mai Adnan Bilal, covered two main topics: Self-Management where this session addressed personal development, enhancing personal quality, positive thinking, unleashing creative potential, prioritization, time management, stress control, effective teamwork skills, and advanced skills in negotiation and delegation. The second session Conflict and Problem Management focused on conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, decision-making processes, and auditory, visual, and verbal communication skills, along with tools for their development.
The second workshop on Digital Marketing, presented by Engineer Khaled Khalifat, introduced digital marketing, customer-purchasing behavior, and the marketing mix. It included a detailed explanation of ad management tools, payment system configuration, geographic targeting strategies, ad placement, algorithmic optimization, and audience targeting techniques.
