On 29th January, The Road Safety center of Excellence (RSCE) in cooperation with Road Safety GB Academy- UK, held a two day course entitled: "Behavioral Change- Applied Human Factors in Road Safety".

The course discussed many topics such as understanding behavior of road user, behavioral models, safe system approach to road safety, and behavioral change techniques in addition to developing and evaluating interventions. 

Participants from Greater Amman Municipality, the Ministry of Transport and the International Committee of Red Cross have attended this course.

The Course gave the participants an insight into the world of behavioral change models and techniques and how we, as human beings, create our own realities according to our own experiences.  

The participants expressed that the workshop has stimulated their interest in the subject and they got free membership in Road Safety GB , which will enable them to access professional road safety advisers and expertise across a wide range of disciplines, including policy development and guidance on road safety processes.

The course was held at the School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE) in Darat Othman Bdeir for Innovation and Entrepreneurship"
