He noted that Jordan holds a special place in his academic and professional journey, reaffirming his confidence in Jordanian talent, national universities, and young people. He stressed that the true value of technology lies in its impact on people's lives, development, and the creation of future opportunities.
He further emphasized that the future of higher education depends on universities moving beyond traditional academic frameworks to become active partners in industrial advancement and economic growth. This can be achieved through joint research initiatives, support for young researchers, technology transfer, and the transformation of scientific findings into practical solutions. He underscored that investing in people, particularly students and young researchers, remains the most important investment in shaping future leaders in innovation.
This recognition reflects GJU's commitment to honoring distinguished academic talent, strengthening academic and industrial partnerships, bridging the gap between knowledge and practice, and advancing innovation and technological development.
