Amman, December 3, 2024 – Dean of the Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship at the German Jordanian University (GJU), in collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation (CPF), organized a panel discussion titled "The Journey of Creativity: From Idea to Execution", as part of the "Industry on Campus" program.

The session aimed to share success stories and experiences of entrepreneurs in Jordan, where they provided insights and advice on how to turn creative ideas into successful projects, while highlighting the challenges they faced. The session was moderated by Sima Najjar, an entrepreneur, who shared inspiring experiences on how to transform ideas into actionable steps.

Amani Qaddoumi, Director of Business Development at Dar Abu Abdullah, discussed the challenges she faced and how she overcame them through innovation and strategic planning. Shamekh Al-Bluwi, a visual artist and director, shared his experience in integrating art and creativity with business. Additionally, Al-Wajd Al-Fayez, founder of Mugshot Production Company, shared his journey of establishing his own company and overcoming challenges through hard work and continuous innovation.

The session aimed to inspire participants and provide practical success models, emphasizing the importance of patience and perseverance in facing challenges. Topics such as project management and building business relationships were also discussed.

This session is part of a series of events aimed at promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, encouraging youth to transform their ideas into feasible projects that contribute to the development of society and industry.
