The Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized the “Develop Yourself” event as part of the We Different initiative, with the participation of 22 companies from various industrial and service sectors.

The event aimed to enhance communication between students and the job market by providing an opportunity to explore internship and training opportunities offered by participating companies in their respective fields. It also sought to help students develop their skills and prepare them to enter the labor market with confidence and competence.

The event witnessed a high turnout from GJU students and alumni, who actively engaged with company representatives, inquiring about labor market requirements and different training programs available.

The “Develop Yourself” event comes as part of GJU’s ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration with the private sector under the We Different initiative, which aims to empower youth professionally through direct engagement and real-world interaction with industry environments.

At the end of the event, company representatives expressed their appreciation to GJU for organizing this impactful platform that promotes stronger partnerships between education and the labor market, opening new horizons for students’ professional growth and development.
