German Jordanian University (GJU) participated in a series of school fairs held at several schools in Amman, including Bunat Al-Ghad Academy, Al-Ridwan Schools, Tazkeya Academy, Ahliyya & Mutran School, and Prince Hamzah bin Al-Hussein Schools, AlFarid Star Academy and Schools, as part of its ongoing efforts to introduce school students to its academic programs and study opportunities.
The university’s participation came through informational booths presented by its team from the Public Relations and Marketing Department, the Admissions and Registration Department, and the Hosted Programs. They provided a detailed explanation of the available majors and the admission and registration procedures. The university also highlighted its distinctive educational model, which combines theoretical study with practical training, and offers students the opportunity to study and train in Germany for one mandatory academic year.
This participation also aimed to enhance direct communication with school students, answer their questions regarding university life, future majors, and labor market requirements, helping them make informed academic decisions.
These engagements fall within the university’s vision to expand its presence in the local community, attract high-achieving students, and raise awareness of its unique educational model that integrates Jordanian and German education and keeps pace with global developments across various academic fields.
