The German Jordanian University participated in the training program "Sustainable Development Leadership" organized by the Leadership Development Institute in the Arab Republic of Egypt in cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities and under the patronage of the Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. 

 

The program, which GJU was represented in by student Laith Al-Ahmar, who was nominated by the Dean of Student Affairs,  aims to train and qualify a leadership community with unique experiences based on the values of sustainable development. The institute also highlighted the development of goodwill and a sense of belonging to the Arab nation by creating lectures on promoting culture and awareness among Arab peoples to serve the Arab community, combat terrorism and extremism, and guide these communities towards progress and prosperity through programs that achieve sustainable development goals.
