The Road Safety Center of Excellence (RSCE) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized a visit for the students to the Royal Automobile Club Driver Training Center within the principles of effective participation between the components of the public sector and the framework of cooperation to achieve common national goals.

During the visit, the students listened to awareness lectures on traffic safety, toured the club's facilities and were briefed about the duties and services of the club. They learned about the various training of professional excellence for managers in the transport and logistics sector and truck drivers training from Jordan and Arab countries in transporting hazardous materials.

The Director of Public Relations at the club appreciated the students' visit, indicating that youth initiatives in universities to reduce the phenomenon of traffic accidents are a joint national action stressing the importance of activating self-monitoring for young people and informing the specialized authorities of any dangerous traffic violations that threaten the lives of citizens.

It is noteworthy that this visit is part of the work plan of the RSCE to raise awareness of the importance of the role of youth in educating local communities about the danger of traffic accidents and launching youth initiatives on traffic safety and addressing the risks of accidents as traffic accidents cause many deaths among young people.
