
The Consultation and Training Center (CTC) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), in cooperation with Better Environment Company, celebrated the graduation of participants in the International Program in Non-Profit Organization Management, as part of the "Ta’heel" Project. The ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Speaker of Jordan Lower House of Representatives, Dr. Mustafa Khasawneh, the Center’s Director Dr. Lina Abu Al-Hijja, and Assistant Director Mr. Osama Hanandeh، This event coincides with the university's celebration of its 20th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in its academic and scientific journey.
Dr. Abu Al-Hijja emphasized that the program has proven successful on the ground, as it actively contributes to building cohesive communities and promoting values of participation and development. She pointed out that the program carries a noble message that aligns with Jordan’s vision as a benevolent country striving for progress and leadership. She added that such initiatives foster a spirit of giving and belonging, and serve as a fundamental pillar in building a generous Jordan and a prosperous future. She also expressed the Center’s eagerness and joy in welcoming future cohorts.
For his part, Dr. Al-Khasawneh expressed his pride and admiration for the program’s graduates, extending special thanks to GJU as a key strategic partner in the success of this ambitious project. He expressed his happiness with this scientific and humanitarian achievement, which has gone beyond academic education to become a rich international experience that creates influential leaders in their communities. He affirmed that this experience is not merely a certificate, but represents a humanitarian message and a social responsibility, calling on the graduates to continue their roles as pioneers of change and makers of the future.
In turn, Hazem Al-Fuqaha, Director of the "Ta’heel" Project, expressed his happiness to be at the university, extending his deep thanks to its administration for its continuous efforts and support, and for its active participation over six years in this regional program implemented in seven Arab countries. Al-Fuqaha praised the tremendous efforts made by the graduates, noting that leading organizations at both local and international levels requires dedication, discipline, and a genuine commitment to the values of sustainable development work.
At the end of the ceremony, the ninth and tenth cohorts of graduates were honored, in addition to top achievers and program administrators, in an atmosphere of joy and pride that brought together graduates, their families, instructors.
