His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan bin Talal visited the German Jordanian University (GJU) today, where he was briefed on the university’s most notable academic and research achievements, as well as its role in fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and scientific collaboration at both the national and international levels.
Upon his arrival, His Royal Highness was received by Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, President of GJU, who presented an overview of the university’s journey, its distinguished achievements, and its academic programs based on the German model of applied education. He also highlighted the university’s success in preparing highly qualified graduates capable of competing in local, regional, and international labor markets.
His Royal Highness was further introduced to the university’s efforts in scientific research, innovation, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship, as well as its role in establishing effective partnerships with public and private sector institutions and international academic organizations. These partnerships contribute to economic and social development while strengthening the ecosystem of knowledge and creativity.
