The Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering Club (PCE) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs (DSA), recently organized a Sunblock Workshop aimed at enhancing students’ practical skills and encouraging hands-on learning.
During the workshop, students had the opportunity to create their very own sunblock from scratch, learning about the essential components, formulation techniques, and the science behind sun protection. The activity not only strengthened their understanding of theoretical concepts but also provided them with valuable laboratory experience.
This initiative reflects the club’s ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, fostering creativity, teamwork, and innovation among students.
The PCE Club continues to organize diverse activities that support the professional and personal growth of students, preparing them for future challenges in the pharmaceutical and chemical engineering fields.
