The School of Architecture and the Built Environment (SABE)] at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized its 2025 Annual Exhibition and Open Day from May 27 to 29, across its campuses in Mushaqqar and Jabal Amman, as part of the German Week held in celebration of the university’s 20th anniversary. The event drew notable attendance from students, parents, and visitors.

The program featured a variety of exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and interactive activities. Highlights included the SABE Booth for Tote Bag Design , the “Qashabiyeh” workshop that transformed old clothes into heritage-inspired pieces, and lectures focusing on local storytelling and architectural innovation.

The event also included sessions on digital humor, marketing, and entrepreneurship, as well as inspiring alumni presentations—most notably, the showcase of the Flan app. The event concluded with an improvised comedy performance that humorously reflected the everyday life of design students.

Sustainability-focused activities were also present, such as Biking and tree planting, with broad participation from the university community. Attendees praised the event’s strong organization and welcoming atmosphere, which reflected SABE’s identity as a creative and community-driven educational platform.
