The Industrial Engineering Department at the School of Applied Technical Sciences at the German Jordanian University (GJU) organized an advanced scientific workshop on clean manufacturing techniques, in collaboration with a group of experts from the Royal Scientific Society. The workshop focused on the principles of optimal resource utilization in industrial processes, presenting applied case studies conducted across various sectors in Jordan.

During the workshop, students conducted detailed analyses of production processes in different industries, accompanied by direct discussions with experts. This interaction provided them with a deep understanding of practical challenges, as well as solutions for improving efficiency and reducing waste.

This workshop comes as part of the Industrial Engineering Department’s ongoing efforts at GJU to enhance students’ practical skills and equip them with up-to-date knowledge related to advanced manufacturing and production methods, supporting their readiness for the industrial job market.
