The President of the German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-Halhouli, patronized the graduation ceremony of the marketing course for designers, in which faculty and administrative members at the School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE) in Jabal Amman campus.
The course included introducing participants to the basics of marketing, e-marketing, market research, brands design, factors that affect the customer's decision, product marketing, customer targeting, and the utilization of social media platforms in the marketing process.
Dr. Al-Halhouli pointed out the importance of the training courses in enriching the academic experiences of the academic and administrative staff and their role in developing the practical aspects along with the theoretical aspects, mentioning that the university tends to strengthen work with the industrial sector and to attract specialized trainers to benefit from their experiences and backgrounds.
Moreover, Dr. Al-Halhouli added that GJU aims to train and improve the performance of GJU employees to provide exceptional services that meet the needs and expectations of the university's audience.
The ceremony was attended by Abdul Hakim Arabiyat, the President's Assistant for Campus Affairs in Jabal Amman campus and the Director of the Consultation and Training Center, and Dr. Maram Al-Taweel, the Dean of SABE.
