The School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE) - at the German Jordanian university (GJU) conducted a workshop to the academic members to develop the school strategic plan in a collective manner, develop the action plans accordingly and bring in momentum action plan for the year 2022.
An introductory presentation was given in the workshop to demonstrate how the program until the date is correspondent with the existing vision and strategic plan (GJU and SABE), the achieved milestones as a development on the previous measures at SABE and the envisioned outcome from this workshop to correspond and to incorporate in the bigger plan of GJU.
Dean of SABE, Dr. Maram Al- Tawil, explained that the workshop went through a series of actions where the main goals and pillars of SABE strategic plan were discussed, discussion of each pillar into objectives and action plans, develop existing pillars and their related breakdowns, in addition to Linking the objectives and key performance Indicators to targeted budget plans and identify the main action plan 2022 within the overall (priority development measures).
