In a curatorial gesture celebrating 100 years of Bauhaus, we invite you to join us in a gastronomic ceremony designed around three days, three grains, and one table. Using taste, temperature, shape, and color, the cook will utilize wheat as his first main component, followed by corn and lentil. Taking place during Ramadan, ‘Homage to Grain’ proposes a collective multi-sensory experience initiated through breaking the fast, and highlighting the connection between the food we consume every day and the timeless, colorful simplicity of Bauhaus
