Responsibility:
Dr. Ala’ Khalifeh is an  Academic Coordinator in EDU-SYRIA project who is  responsible for managing and supervising the  BSc scholarships, teacher training programs, and the bottleneck alleviation program, which provides grants to support refugee integration into the job market. This role involves overseeing program implementation. Furthermore. Dr. Khalifeh is responsible for supervising the IT platform used for project management, and serving as the primary contact person for local and international partners. Additionally, Dr. Khalifeh contributes to EU proposal writing, partner contracting, and strategic planning to enhance project impact and sustainability.

Responsibility:
As a Project Officer, I support the Project Manager in all project activities to ensure smooth implementation. My responsibilities include reporting to the EU, registering projects with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC), and ensuring regulatory compliance. I also coordinate meetings, participate in conducting interviews for student selection, and manage official communications with partners and stakeholders. In addition, I monitor student activities, assist in program evaluations, support project visibility efforts, and help organize events.
