The German Jordanian University (GJU), represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, participated in a specialized workshop titled “Designing and Developing an Integrated Communication Strategy.” The workshop was organized by the Community Peace Center in cooperation with the British partner, Adam Smith International, with wide participation from the Center’s national partners across various government institutions.
The workshop aimed to establish a comprehensive strategic framework that strengthens the Center’s institutional communication, enhances its ability to effectively reach target groups, and supports its mission to safeguard society and protect intellectual security. It also aligns with the Center’s vision of building an informed community capable of addressing digital and ideological challenges.
Key topics addressed during the workshop included identifying target audiences, analyzing influential societal behaviors and their drivers, and promoting community engagement at multiple levels. The sessions also focused on integrating behavioral change principles into the communication strategy to ensure long-term impact, as well as designing effective communication elements and crafting trust-building messages. Additionally, participants explored ways to improve outreach mechanisms through diverse communication channels to achieve meaningful impact and enhance institutional communication efficiency.
