Creation of New Programs
The AQAD provides forms prepared by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research used by departments that intend to create of new programs. Notice that the submission is once by a year, at a date specified by the Ministry, which is usually the end of February .

Accreditation
The AQAD provides forms prepared by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commissions for Higher Education Institution used for special accreditation, raising special capacity and following up on Special Accreditation for bachelor and master degree.
