The GJU is a TestDaF examination center

Individuals from all over the world who wish to study full-time at a German university or who need to prove a certain level of language proficiency for other purposes can take the following tests at the TestDaF Center of the GJU:

  • TestDaF
  • TestAS (German and English)
  • onSET (German and English)
Information about the TestDaF

Anyone who wants to study at a German university must prove sufficient language skills. The "TestDaF" is a language examination recognized at German universities and is suitable for all those who have a language level of B2 and higher and would like to prove this. Information about the TestAS

TestAS is a central, standardized study ability test for foreign students. Prospective students from abroad can use the TestAS result to find out where they stand in comparison to other applicants. With good test results, they can improve their chances of getting a place at a university in Germany.

Information about the onSET German and onSET English

The onSET is an online language assessment test that anyone learning German or English as a foreign language can use to test their language skills quickly, easily, and accurately.

Registration for the tests

Registration for the respective test is done online. The examination fee can be paid online directly at the time of registration.

Certificates

Certificates can be picked up at the office in building L, room 211.
