About IPO
The International Projects Office (IPO) at the German Jordanian University was established in November 2018 to provide administrative support for GJU faculty, promote the university abroad, and successfully execute projects funded by international programs and agencies.

IPO's Mission Statement:
Offer know-how, services, and best practices to the benefit of individuals and projects to increase the level of productivity and competitiveness of GJU strategies among international projects. As well as to standardize, facilitate, and monitor all international projects to ensure adherence to the relevant guidelines and guarantee the achievement of the projects' goals in line with GJU's strategic objectives.
In particular, the IPO's main tasks are:
- Facilitate faculty participation in international projects related to higher education capacity building, consultations, collaborations, and academic development.
- Assist faculty members in developing proposals, agreements, and contracts for the grants and provide them with all necessary information and resources.
- Provide project coordinators with administrative and logistics support to accomplish the project activities.
- Help project coordinators to ensure the fund agreements, contracts, and regulations are applied.
- Networking with international universities and funding agencies.
