GJU ESMES Team Completes School Contest Energy Team Training
As part of ESMES activities, a school contest between 6 schools is underway in Jordan. Each school has an Energy team consisting of 3 students, a teacher, and an administrator. GJU ESMES team completed training of energy team members in addition to 27 students from each school, for a total of 180 students and 15 teachers. Training focused on renewable energy system and energy efficiency measures.
GJU ESMES Team Completes Intervention Schools Energy Team Training
As part of ESMES activities, pilot interventions will be implemented in three schools. Each school has an Energy team consisting of 10 students, a teacher, and an administrator. GJU ESMES team completed training of energy team members from each school. Training focused on renewable energy system, energy efficiency measures and the smart energy meters installed at each school. The smart meters interface with online platform, allowing students to monitor consumption behavior, to better understand how user consumption behavior change can result in better energy efficiency.
