The IEEE GJU Student Branch, under the guidance of our counselor Dr. Hisham AlMoaqet, is an active chapter at the German Jordanian University, dedicated to fostering innovation, professional growth, and technical excellence.

With over 145 active IEEE members, our branch supports a variety of specialized societies, including Computer Society (CS), Women in Engineering (WIE), Industrial Applications Society (IAS), Industrial Electronics Society (IES), Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS), and the Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS) and Consumer Technology Society (CTSoc).

Notably, our branch is the first and only in the Middle East to host TEMS and CTSoc, showcasing our pioneering role in advancing diverse technological domains. Alongside these societies, our Administrative Committee ensures smooth operations and efficient coordination.

Through our societies and committees, we provide students with opportunities to enhance their technical skills, collaborate on impactful projects, and engage in global competitions and events. Our mission is to empower future leaders by bridging the gap between theory and practice, fostering innovation, and advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.
