Project Description:
The aim of the project is the piloting of an affordable cost, centralized technology as a supportive process to the existing biological wastewater treatment plants in terms of environmentally sound treatment of olive oil wastewater. After the pilot operation, it should be possible to upgrade individual, existing municipal sewage treatment plants in such a way that the processing of OMWW is environmentally compatible.
