CDSD oversaw the renovation of the Technology, Research and Innovation Park (TRIP), which was inaugurated on November 12, 2024, under the patronage of King Abdullah II. The complex aims to enhance the university's leadership in technology and research at the German Jordanian University and contribute to scientific advancement in Jordan and support the Jordanian economy growth.
The renovation phases of the complex included:
- Establishing an Innovation Lab
- Constructing a Meeting Hall.
