On 25th and 26th April the Job Application Training Team (BT) and the Support Office for Internships (SOI) welcomed the director of the Career Service of the University of Münster, Dr. Andreas Eimer to delve into the latest recruitment trends in Germany. Dr. Eimer provided valuable insights into the German labor market and the dynamic landscape of recruiting trends in Germany. His comprehensive understanding of the industry shed light on the expectations and evolving needs of employers and the skills and qualities they seek in potential interns.
The open dialogue fostered a deeper understanding enabling the Job Application Training Team as well as the Support Office for Internships to further enhance the professional development of our students at GJU, preparing them for today’s competitive job market by equipping them with the necessary tools and providing GJU students with constant support to succeed in their internship search.
