The Deanship of Student Affairs (DSA) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) hosted the Youth Speak Forum in collaboration with AIESEC under the patronage of the Vice Dean of DSA, Dr. Omar Bataineh.
The two-day event aimed to provide a platform for young minds to voice their perspectives, ideas, and solutions to the most pressing global challenges. Through constructive dialogue and innovative thinking, we aim to create a tangible impact on building a more peaceful and prosperous world.
This year's forum was held under the theme "Navigating the Future: Contrasts in Entrepreneurship, Education, and Financial Literacy" The event highlighted the progress made by AIESEC in empowering youth and fostering leadership initiatives, showcasing the impact of global socio-cultural projects facilitated by the organization. Participants engaged in discussions and debates on education, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy, as well as interactive panel discussions.
Students also took part in hands-on workshops to gain practical skills and knowledge, alongside networking sessions designed to encourage collaboration and connection with like-minded individuals, experts, and change makers.
Notably, Vice President Prof. Malek Al-Sharairi and Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Thelal Oweis attended part of the event and had the opportunity to interact with the participants.
