CDSD oversaw the 2025 general maintenance work at both the main campus and the Jabal Amman campus, in accordance with the necessary inspection requirements for maintaining campus infrastructure.
The work included:
- Painting the exterior fences and railings of buildings and prefabricated buildings.
- Interior maintenance and painting of classrooms and corridors in both Building H and Building B.
- Construction of a 1.5-meter-wide concrete pedestrian walkway connecting the eastern entrance of the main campus/Al-Mushaqqar to Building B.
- Addressing subsidence in outdoor areas, corridors, and staircases, and repairing tiles in various locations.
- Maintenance of building and prefabricated building roofs.
- Maintenance of the auditorium ceiling in Building M, including the installation of a suspended gypsum ceiling and the addition of three stage steps, as well as maintenance of the theater's air conditioning and lighting systems.
- Maintenance of slopes and stormwater drainage lines in areas prone to water accumulation around buildings.
- Provision of chilled water to the prefabricated buildings.
- Maintenance of the mechanical systems at the water treatment plant.
- Interior and exterior maintenance work was carried out at the Faculty of Architecture/Jabal Amman, including painting classrooms and corridors, and repairing the exterior terrace of the Faculty of Architecture, Arts and Design (SABE) building.
