CDSD supervised the works of redesigning and relocating the offices in Buildings (A) and (M) to improve the utilization of available offices space to enhance workflow, efficiency and better collaboration among the employees. The project implemented by Bayt Al-Yaqeen Engineering and Contracting Company.
The works included the following:

Repartitioning the offices on the first floor in building A, using prefabricated gypsum board partitions.

Renovating the restrooms on the ground, first, and second floors in building A, including all related mechanical, civil, tiling, sanitary fixtures, and accessories works.

Demolition works and construction of an aluminum façade for the second-floor office in building A.

Decorative works, electrical installations, lighting, and air conditioning worksIn the offices that were re-divided in Buildings (A) and (M).

Supplying and installing suspended and false ceilings, floor and wall tiles, as well as wooden and aluminum doors.

Painting for the offices and corridors.

Furnishing the offices in with modern partitioned desks, a custom-designed meeting table, visitor sofas, and a mail cabinet.
