The Employment Section at the Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship (DI-TECH) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) conducts an annual Employer Outcome Survey to assess industry satisfaction with GJU graduates and to evaluate the alignment between academic outcomes and labour market needs. The survey aims to gather valuable feedback from employers regarding graduates’ competencies, performance, and workplace readiness.
