The German Language Center conducted a workshop for German Language lecturers that demonstrated the crucial importance of effective classroom management. Jennifer Swanda, the international trainer from Germany, highlighted the key to successful teaching and creating a productive learning environment.
Effective classroom management promotes the efficient use of classroom time and increases learning outcomes. Participants were trained to master the key components of classroom management and to successfully deal with the challenges of teaching to ultimately provide an inspiring and productive teaching experience.
This workshop offered teachers the opportunity to deepen their classroom management skills and to sustainably improve the learning environment for their students.
