TalentLink is an employability service provided by the German Jordanian University to facilitate connections between industry partners and GJU students and graduates. The service supports organizations in identifying suitable candidates for job opportunities and internships by sharing available opportunities with qualified students and alumni.
Through TalentLink, companies and organizations can request access to a pool of interested GJU students and graduates who match their recruitment needs. The service aims to strengthen university–industry collaboration while providing students and graduates with opportunities to gain professional experience and pursue career pathways aligned with their skills and academic backgrounds.
How TalentLink Works
Organizations interested in recruiting GJU students or graduates can submit their requests to the Employability and Career Services Section. To ensure suitable candidate matching, employers are requested to provide detailed information about the available positions, including:
- Position title and type (job/internship opportunity)
- Required majors and academic backgrounds
- Required skills and qualifications
- Experience requirements and other relevant specifications
Organizations are also required to provide valid registration documentation (such as a Jordanian commercial registration certificate or an equivalent official document for organizations operating outside Jordan) before proceeding with the request.
After reviewing and approving the request, the opportunity is shared with relevant GJU students and graduates through the university's communication channels. Interested candidates submit their information through the designated application form within the specified timeframe.
The Employability and Career Services Section then prepares a list of interested candidates, including relevant contact details and submitted CVs, and shares the candidate information with the requesting organization to support their recruitment process.
Employer Requests
TalentLink is available for direct collaboration with companies and organizations seeking GJU talent. Requests submitted by recruitment agencies or third-party recruitment platforms are not processed, in accordance with the service's operating policy.
For Employers
Companies and organizations interested in connecting with GJU students and graduates through TalentLink are invited to share their recruitment needs with the Employability and Career Services Section.
To process a TalentLink request, employers are kindly requested to provide the following information:
- Details of the available opportunity, including:
- Position title
- Opportunity type (job or internship)
- Required majors and fields of study
- Required qualifications, skills, and competencies
- Any additional requirements or specifications related to the position
- Official organization registration documentation:
- Jordanian commercial registration certificate, or
- Equivalent official documentation for organizations operating outside Jordan
Providing complete and accurate information allows the Employability and Career Services Section to identify suitable candidates and ensure effective matching between employer requirements and student/graduate profiles.
