German Jordanian University welcomes a large number of international visitors, delegations, researchers, and study groups every year.
To ensure a safe, coordinated, and well-organized stay, all visits must be officially registered.
The Presidency Department and the International Affairs Department (IAD) must be informed about the presence of international guests on campus.
Who should complete the form?
The form can be completed by:
- GJU staff member hosting the visitor
- IAD coordinator
- The visitor themselves (if requested by the host)

Please complete the form unless the visit has already been arranged directly through the IAD.
Why registration is required
Registration helps GJU to:
- Ensure campus security and access
- Provide official support if needed
- Coordinate institutional visits
